欢乐过中秋,润宝大“阅”饼 丨中秋PBL

皎皎天上月,圆圆中秋节。

脉脉星河稀,款款逢佳期。
 
秋风轻拂的早晨,笑弯了腰的水稻,院里的喇叭花以及满香四溢的月饼和写满字谜的各式灯笼.....处处都暗示着中秋的来临。
 
We can know the arrival of the Mid-Autumn Festival through the flared flowers, moon cakes and lanterns.
 
你知道吗?中秋节与春节、端午节、清明节并称为中国四大传统节日。自古以来,很多故事、诗词、游戏、风俗都发生在这特殊的节日里。合肥润安公学幼儿园结合中国传统节气,从学科角度出发,开发了以“欢乐过中秋、润宝大‘阅’饼 ”为主题的PBL项目式融合课程,中班组的孩子就这么策划了一场中秋活动。
 
Do you know? Mid-Autumn Festival, Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival and Tomb-sweeping Festival are called the four traditional festivals inChina. Since ancient times, many stories and customs have taken place in this special festival, and many poems and games have been invented in this festival. From the view of discipline, the kindergarten of Hefei Runan  Public School combined with Chinese traditional festival and developed a PBL project with the theme “Happy Mid-Autumn Festival, Students make moon cakes”. The students of K2 planned a Mid-Autumn Festival activity in this way.
 
哇!原来这就是《嫦娥奔月》
老师提前布置好“嫦娥奔月”的故事情境,小朋友们第二天入园的时候就很快的发现并产生极大的兴趣和好奇心。
The teacher arranged the story situation of “Chang’e to the moon” in advance, and the children quickly developed their interests and curiosity when they entered the kindergarten the next day.
 
老师用“See-Think-Wonder”的小游戏问他们:小眼睛看到了什么呢?小脑袋想到了什么呢?你还想知道什么呢?
The teacher asked them with “See-Think-Wonder” game : What do  you see in your eyes? What do you think in your head? What else do you want to know?
 
每个小朋友天马行空的思考并大声说出了自己的想法,这时老师再辅佐以视频、绘本的方式让小朋友更深入地了解嫦娥是谁,她为什么在月亮上,以及中秋节的来历。
Each child pondered and spoke out his thoughts loudly. At this time, the teacher used video and drawing books to let the children know more deeply about such questions as “Who is Chang’e” “Why is she in the moon?”  “What is the origin of the Mid-Autumn Festival”?

除了老师跟小朋友说的中秋节最美丽的嫦娥和最勇猛的后裔,那你知道中秋节还有什么习俗吗?

我们给孩子布置了一项家庭作业——与父母共同讨论各地习俗,制作灯谜。每个孩子都带来了一块月饼来学校与其他小朋友分享,他们惊奇地发现原来月饼这么多样!
We assigned our children homework to discuss customs and make lanterns with their parents. Each child brought a piece of moon cake to school to share with others, and they were surprised to find that the moon cake was so diverse!
 
广式月饼皮薄馅大,色泽金黄,花纹清晰,轻油而偏重于糖。
苏式月饼皮层酥松,色泽美观,馅料肥而不腻,口感松酥。
京式月饼甜度、皮馅适中,重用麻油。
潮式月饼饼皮洁白,以酥糖为馅,入口香酥。

我们结合制作及情感教育方法,沿用最新的PBL项目式学习,以分组做项目的形式,实现人人动手、团队合作,强化孩子的专注力。
We combine production and emotional education methods and follow the latest PBL project learning, in the form of group , to do projects and to achieve hands-on and teamwork in order to strengthen the attention of children.
 
这次我们分别成立宣传组、策划组、歌唱组、月饼组以及话剧组,老师与小朋友一起协商讨论这五个组分别需要承担的事务,以及了解一场活动需要的各项准备工作,让他们自由选择分组。
We set up a publicity group, a planning group, a singing group, a moon cake group and a drama group. The teacher and the children discussed the tasks to be undertaken by each of the five groups together.

为了让大家吃到最香甜的月饼,这次我们去“搬救兵”啦:我们一起来到安徽省青松集团看食物生产过程,还学习制作冰皮月饼,现在小朋友们都大口吃着我们做的月饼呢!自豪感满满!
In order to let everybody taste the delicious moon cake, we came to the Qingsong company of Anhui Province to see the production process of food and to learn to make the ice-skin moon cake.
 
“释放天性给孩子一个快乐的童年”是合肥润安公学幼儿园的育人理念。此次PBL项目式学习创设了快乐轻松的成长氛围,让小朋友们感受到了中国传统文化的魅力,丰富了校园生活,培养了他们的思维力、创造力、动手能力、语言表达能力,激发了他们的学习热情,提高了学生的综合素养。
The “ the release of nature gives the child a happy childhood” is the education idea of the kindergarten of Hefei Runan  Public School. The PBL project-based learning creates a happy and relaxed growth atmosphere, which makes the children feel the charm of Chinese traditional culture, enriches the campus life, cultivates their brainstorming, creativity, hands-on ability and language expression ability, and stimulates their learning enthusiasm, and improves the students’ comprehensive quality.
 
有感而发:My thought
真正的专注,不是抱着手机看一天的动画片,而是能全身心投入地钻研与实践。而真正的历练,则是面对困难坚定而积极地去解决问题。
制作过程中出现了问题该怎么办?团队中出现了分歧又该如何解决?历尽曲折,月饼呈现的瞬间又是怎样的情形?我们需要在每一个困惑的解决中,培养孩子解决实际问题的综合能力。
The real focus is not to watch cartoons for a day with your mobile phone, but to be able to delve into and practice them with all your heart and soul. The real experience is to solve the problem firmly and actively in the face of difficulties. What should we do when there are problems in the process of production? How can differences be resolved when there are differences in the team? What was the situation when the moon cake were presented? We need to develop children’s comprehensive ability to solve practical problems in every confused solution .
